Is Yasuo Q coded as an AA or spell

This was the reason why I asked. I was playing Jax mid today with E active yet Yasuo Q still did damage to me.

They use flags that say which should proc from it.

Fun fact q cd is not affected by wither even tho by logic it should since it scales with his attack speed.

Wither does not change your bonus attack speed stat.

Skills that say they scale off attack speed just look at the bonus attack speed variable which is a different variable from the attack speed reductions from other sources.
