Also what if the in game client had special announcements built for supports so it would be more enjoyable without affecting balance in any way?

Everybody already knows support has the shortest que times, that wouldn't change anything.

but do they know that ADC has a shorter Q than top? Or that mid laners have the longest q right now?

Wouldn't hurt, but having support/fill + anything is going to give you support 99% of the time anyway.
