Why do you not buy Sightstone on Support?

Boomerangbro1 votesIt has garbage stats and doesn't give enough utility to justify me getting it. I'm already 2 levels behind as support, throw in some crappy stated item, and I'm basically useless.
No way am I buying that item. Vision is good enough when I buy pink wards.
