Lissandras ultimate

Lissandras ult, the move that either freezes an enemy or heals her while dealing damage and making her untargetable. its great. but lissandra is a bit lack luster as a champion right now, her numbers are generally ok but she doesnt have what it takes to see enough regular play. But i think that if her ult was reworked so that she could target allies with it, she would be a significantly better all around champion. Back when lissandra was first released, riot hadn't done much, if anything, in the way of champions that forcefully interact with allies, whether they like it or not. However, with champions like tahm kench and kalista being in the game, this type of mechanic is not nearly as taboo anymore. I think a good lissandra rework is due, and this is the major change that should be made. (that isnt to say that other champions dont need to be fixed or that riot can just slap on this change without messing with her numbers. i understand both of these things, im just bringing attention to something that i see as a good way to bring life back to this underplayed champion)
