So I go into a game as Elise Its a 1/1/0 talon mid 6 minutes into game we have a 1/1/0 ahri my first gank was successful, also happily thought I was gonna go on to pressure all other lanes Second gank Talon is over extending ahri still pretty much full hp I go to bush with green fathers on getting ready for E then followed by a one shot before I could even react he's now 2/2/0 I think to myself "wtf" goes on to give ahri blue she kills camille then I go for counter gank talon w's her kills her Q R me and I'm instantly Dead I even had a item 3067 4/2/0 (lol) we chit chat he tells me simply "He's a scumbag now" and I don't know how to go about ganking a talon now... BUT! I'm not here to bitch I want to know how the fuck do you counter pick / gank one it? (btw I only missed like 2 E's that game total he still fucked me b4 I could completely combo after stun)

Hmmm, I'll try teach you how to counter Talon jungle as I play it frequently.

  1. Talon relies on not falling behind, therefore needs farm early game to keep himself going. If you can get a 4 man invade at level 1 or steal his camps, he'll fall behind and become pretty useless. Talon is very feast or famine and if he can get a couple of kills, expect a snowball.

  2. Talon loves dat good stuff called 'Lethality'. It's his core build. Almost always expect him to rush a Youmuu's after his jungle item. With Lethality, he doesn't always have to go for the squishies but for the tanks as well. Back to the first point, Talon needs the gold for these items and falling behind won't do him good.

  3. Talon will almost always start a gank with his ult and then Q his target (normally the squishy), try to set up some sort of counter measure.
