There needs to be a greater upside for turning into Valor

Currently as Quinn, unless you build bruiser using your ultimate Tag Team is a death sentence unless you are using it to run away or to execute somebody. That is why i suggest the following changes be made to her ultimate.

  1. Tag Team's mana cost has been reduced from 100 to 0.
  2. Valor has a new passive called Bird of Prey
  • Bird of Prey: Valor takes 15% reduced damage from all sources, the duration of CC on Valor is reduced by 35%, and Valor can path through minions.
  1. Valor's Vault now marks the enemy unit for 2.5 seconds, increasing the damage dealt by Valor's auto attacks to that unit by 20%. If you turn back into Quinn during this time, this mark becomes a Harrier mark.

These changes would turn Valor into an actual threat who can survive in a teamfight if need be while also making her a very viable option when fighting other ADCs. The mana cost removal is there because let's be real, it doesn't need to be there.

This next change isn't necessary, or even balanced but it would be cool.

  1. The AoE reveal on W is now a passive effect. Activating the ability reveals stealthed enemy champions in the area.

OP. The main thing valor needs is to refresh all skills upon switching in. Then, static reduced damage. Anything more would make him in to a melee ADC likes of which tryn has never seen before

Imo, Tag Team is the only problematic ability in Quinn's kit. To begin with, it has a HUGE CD for a risky shapeshifting ability on a champion relying on the early-mid game to get an advantage. Reducing the CD from 140/110/80 to 120/90/60 would be a healthy buff. Also, Skystrike's late game damage is just bad. An autoattack can deal more damage. Why is Jinx allowed a global low CD ultimate with a huge % damage execute while Valor has to throw his face in to deal AoE damage worth of an autoattack? To actually make it a good assassination/execute ultimate they should buff the maximum damage from 200/300/400 to 200/400/600. No change early game, since it is unnecessary, and a buff to her lackluster late game. Another good idea is what OP suggests in the third point. A single target damage amp is a good way to buff a champion who is supposed to be able to burst somebody fast or at least excel in duels. Finally, the Quinn's CDs shouldn't apply to Valor, as well. It just doesn't make sense because they are literally two different characters. Also, while being Valor abilities shouldn't cost mana. At least, make Tag Team a no cost ultimate. Atm, Quinn's ultimate is just too risky/not worth using in most cases and takes a lot of fun and power out of one of the game's most fun champions. One (or maybe even two) of the suggestions above would actually make Quinn alot more viable a a markswoman and wouldn't give her too much extra power in the top lane. Seriously consider buffing her, Riot. @RiotScruffy @Morello @Meddler @RiotBaconhawk (Your avatar was Phoenix Valor, I just couldn't let you out of this...)
