Uh, usually the only complaints I have about Teemo are if he's on your team.

Not in my elo you don't.

If your team's ahead, sure pick Teemo, pick any champ but as long as you don't feed it won't matter. However, if your team's behind then his team is that much easier to keep down.

I'm gonna work on my roam game the next couple days. If I don't see improvement I'm probably done with him unfortunately.

Idk what's you're talking about... I haven't seen a Teemo complaint post in ages, meanwhile the entire front page of the boards is filled with complaints of the 7.7 buffs.

They're tentative buffs on the PBE, just for testing. Teemo is complained about more ironically than seriously. He's not difficult to beat, but he can be annoying.
