These changes are going to be a big nerf to yasuo.

Think about it, This is probably one of the biggest nerfs ever for him. His build is a lot more expensive. Yes you do get that 20% true damage but then you still have reduced crit. You still take two items for 100% Crit rendering the double % crit chance passive on ie useless. Only good thing for Yas i can think of has to be stormrazor.
