Viktor's Ult

Okay, we need to talk about Viktor's ult and how it seems to be the only summon ult that doesn't move around after the champ dies. Annie's Tibbers get enhanced movement speed, but Viktor's shocking robot just sits still?

It doesn't make any sense; while he is alive it will move with the enemy that is targeted and eventually slow down. That I'm fine with, but why doesn't it persist after Viktor dies? Wouldn't it make sense that it would still follow the last order given, especially with it being locked onto an enemy champ? Please, can someone explain/make sense of why Viktor's ult is the way it is after he dies?

Personally, I'd love it if it did something different - like overload, then explode, after a delay. It would be neat for the chaos storm to cause a little bit of... chaos after Viktor's death.

That would at least make things more fun and interesting, but the explosion would have to commence right as you die. But it couldn't happen immediately cause you would need a little leeway for the enemy champs to get a chance to get away. But it could still happen relatively quickly so that they have to leave asap or they'll get punished.

Whenever I use it it doesn't even sit still, it just fizzles out and does nothing immediately after I die. What's up with that

That might just be coincidence, it's cycle could be coming to an end right as you die so it would look like it fizzles out. But aside from that, it seems rather odd that it would just die out as you die. If it still had time left it should continue to deal damage, it just won't move.
