It seems to me, every other game my emblem shows up. I am always friendly in game, is it because ppl are reporting. I had someone say they would simply to make me lose honor.

Or does it show up randomly and not every load screen?

If you get honored after a game then it shows the banner for the next game only. Rinse and repeat.

If you get honored by two premade teammates or get honored by one random teammate, the honor level 3-5 flairs will be visible on the loading screen for the next game played. If you do not get honored, the flair will not be present. The flairs can be constantly visible if you continue to earn honors from teammates. (2 premade or 1 random)

Honor flair is for ONE game only. So you will need to be consistenly honored each game for it to continute to show up.
