Tanks seem squishie, ADC's jungle, mid only needs 1 half of an item, ADC either snowballs or feeds immensely, supports snowball and destroy bot lane...

you're kidding right? the whole reason adc/enchanters are strong & assassins are weak is because tanks are strong.

is still a contested pick for high elo as far as i know, or at least in pro play.
Why? Because they're all viewed as indestructible unless you really damn pour damage out on them.
And mages need waaay more than half an item......wait for what? If we're talking large teamfight impact then 2-3 items are needed......because any less and a single magic resistance item pretty much negates them. It also becomes easier to delete caught enemy carries the more AP you have.
Marksmen have even lanes too? At least i do when playing the lane......and the support is always relative to their marksman if both are lag free and similar in elo.
Maybe late game where they should be weakest since everyone should have their pen items, but tanks are still these huge walls from early-mid game.
Tanks feel squishy? I think you may be doing something wrong. As a tank/juggernaut main they feel perfectly beefy and sometimes even nigh-unkillable.

Defensive scaling will always seem sub-par until %damage reduction masteries are added back to the defense tree.
