Zilean passive late game buff

So late game zilean said passive is relatively useless so here is my idea to add to it

-zilean continues to pool exp even after reaching max level, this experience can no longer be used to boost ally expect but instead causes zilean a R revive to heal for 100% of pooled exp as bonus healing to the revived target, consuming the stored exp on revive

What this does, it lets zilean passive have a late game use that isn't game breaking by more damage or free CDR, it compliments a support build zilean who has less AP while having minimal effect on an AP build zilean

Please note he has to regain the pooled exp each time so it will not get out of hand it's just a little extra revive hp

tf passive is useless when he's full stuff, for each income he gets he should it that amount x10 as true %max hp damage on his Q

Lots of stuff become useless in late game.

TF passive
GP gold gain on Q
Morde XP passive on W
Draven passive
Plenty of passives that stack up to a cap, and become useless after: Garen's W, Rengar's trophies, Devourer once sated...

It doesn't mean your idea is not interesting, but the fact that it is useless late game is not ground enough by itself to warrant the buff.
