vlad - uh Kys?
how is it.. i end with a risky to use, 4second cd skill that has a cost of 10% max health? so i can kill myself in 40seconds.. or basically any exchange youre worthless for a good period of time.. new vlad is arguably bad.

Read what the abilities do so you understand what is actually happening with a particular champion. I don't mean skim over them, I mean really read them and comprehend what their abilities do. Use your brain power to solve the puzzle here.

well yes.. vlad's e has a 10% max health cost (low cooldown, channeled) with his w designed to "idk save him or "damage" that costs 20% of your current health. and a q that does little to no damage unless proc'd along with this new rotation. Vlad is feeling pretty useless.. and you can end up killing yourself in less time than they are. every kill feels as though i have to utilize every tool i have (ignite. ulti, flash) and only to leave you overkilling or an escaped opponent. vlad just feels like his window of kill is so small and hes so dependent on so many factors. and thats basically how far from base he is.. he doesnt feel like a top laner, hes more of a mid laner without any cc.
