I play Rek Sai Due to much fun.. however Rek Sai is OP as ever. i could be wrong but, when im destroying ppl with 4k gold and a pickaxe for the 1st 15mins. i must admit the fun coming off Rek Sai is just Overpoweredness.

I wouldn't say that manaless champions are necessarily a bad design, but I do agree that the ones we currently have don't have that many drawbacks that make up for not needing a resource.
I would think that manaless champions would at least have their damage or "Bread and Butter" skills have much higher cooldowns than they do.

D1rtFarmer1 votesi was just noting how the op manaless champs just seem to roll out.. while they are on the forefront stopping champs who use a manapool from being even something they would call "oppressive" not to mention ive really been upset about Diana. She got nerfed from her entire lane and role and nobody like akali was touched.. kat.. they finally got to Riven, Lee, then they just leave mids like Zed out there. I play rengar however, even in the khazix rengar feud... Manaless wins again. they go above and beyong to edge out champs with a mana pool... the ONLY champ i know of that they have some hate for is aatrox. but hes a small portion of the pie.. yes rek sai is up there as well... a knockup every couple moments true dmg masss health regen/sustain and just good dmg overall.. all im saying is.. if u read the Why We Nerfed Diana patch notes.. you would like... Word? theres like 15 Popular champs half without a resource who were way more "toxic" than Diana

DoFr1 votesi honestly think manaless champs should not have a built in sustain, they don't have to expend any mana, and they're only limited by cooldowns, giving them any sustain would make it overall a hard time for everyone

Kitten of Evil1 votesI honestly think Riot may actually not consider mana/fury/energy/no resource as a factor at all when balancing champions. It seems like they look at cooldown, damage, and CC and just ignore the cost to the champion.
