can we nerf nasus sustain?

Nasus sustain in lane is freaking ridiculous, it was fine i have no idea why rito decided to buff it. At lvl 1, nasus gets 12% life steal. Thats literally more than vampiric scepter. Even if i do manage to zone and out trade nasus, he gets to stay in lane forever because his q barely costs mana and he can heal up all the damage he because he has 12% life steal. Why buff in the first place.
