Ask Riot : Could Muraman be built out of Caulfield's Warhammer

I always wonder if you could give cooldown reduction for the Tear items, you guys actually made the change for arc angel staff, but not for Manamune. Muramana is a nice item on paper, but is never efficiently build other then really niche build on certain champion. Since Ad caster aren't all manaless and no mana = no fun , the lack of good mana item for Ad caster is lackluster. Concidering raising the cost of the item to 3000 and giving it some cooldown, or other shift of power to enable more mana builds.

What are your thoughts ?
