You replace our ult, you nerf our poke, and you nerf our attack damage... This is stupid... There are other champs that NEEDED and DESERVED A NERF!!! I'm think I'm just about done with this game... I'm trying to stick in there but it's like they really don't care... The nerf to Quinn was uncalled for when Graves and MANY others have yet to see a nerf.

Or make it a blind where you as the player can fucking see. It's a broken skill, only skill I hate in this game honestly. That's her real problem, her damage would be fine if it weren't for the blind.

Quinn doesn't NEED a 3s cooldown on her ultimate at all stages of the game to be the premiere roaming Marksman; if it were changed to at least a 45s/25s/3s cooldown then she'd still be able to roam for a good portion of the game, while also possibly freeing up some of her power budget to allow us to play and fight as Valor again, and giving Quinn's opponents more breathing room (less roaming uptime = more windows of opportunity for her enemies). The high mana cost currently tied to her ultimate at rank 1 keeps her from roaming nonstop throughout the early game anyway, so the proposed 45s CD wouldn't be TOO much of a difference when compared with what she has now. If necessary, they could also remove Skystrike's damage to hit her waveclearing a bit and lessen her map-wide pushing power.
I just think Valor was REALLY important to her kit on both a thematic and mechanical level. Bringing him back into the game would return some of the mechanical depth and choices Quinn lost with her update, as well as balancing out the insane amounts of mobility and map pressure she has at the moment.
