Shifting meta is good but dont make non meta champs usless

Im sick and tired of this pathetic meta riot, im sick and tired of playing with people picking when they don't even have 20 games played with those champions but still manage to get good scores and awesome ganks and survive because they are the current OP meta champions. While other champions that are non meta are outclasses by them and need an almost perfect game to compete against them. How can you allow such a thing to happen? in my 5 years playing this game i have never felt my champions (no matter the current meta) feel so usless no matter how well I play.

Im sick and tired playing with these champions and watching people win with them playing horribly and almost mindlessly, but just because they are so OP they win. Please end this madness riot.
