Riot please fix your god damn rune page bug

I've encountered this bug probably 100000 times by now. When I select my rune page, it loads up my rune page from my previous game. Since nobody has brought this up, I want to post about it here.

I'm running on Windows 8.1

I've gotten 3 losses so far because of it and its getting super annoying......
