Tips on improving as an MF adc main

I'm stuck at Bronze 4/5 as an adc main and I've been losing a lot of games recently. I dont seem to understand where I'm going wrong because if you look at my last 5-10 games as mf, I've had a positive kda on average but I'm still losing a lot of games, which I dont understand where I'm going wrong? Ive watched a lot of guides on adc positioning and I've improved quite a lot but I still cant seem to get out of bronze.

PS: please dont reply with "You're just bad, kid" or "You're just bad, bronzie" because thats not helpful at all and just discouraging

By positioning, are you talking about micro or macro? Micro is more how you position yourself in a fight, while Macro is where you position yourself around the map (obviously both in relation to timing).

Macro is a very important part of winning fights, and something nearly all bronze players greatly lack.

Remember that you should go for objectives whenever you can. That means, when your team gets an ace, DON'T RECALL. DON'T DO IT. Look for objectives that your team can take, and take them. Unless it's baron. For the love of god if you're in Bronze don't even touch Baron.

Here's a somewhat recent video that will focus your team macro: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eonFJAo6CEg
