Rune discussion, warwick jungle

Just curious, on warwick I generaly build

tiamat--> cinderhulk--> boots--> titanic hydra --> botrk/wits end-->spirit visage--> Dreadnoughts chestplate

For keystones, I've always used lethal tempo to win early duals when I invade/get invaded. I was wondering if anyone reccomends press the attack/hail of blades? I use predator against full squishy teams but thats about it lol.

Also, with my playstyle I don't seem to need any attack speed at all, so I use Legend: Bloodline instead of alacracity, though I've swapped between them a lot, with botrk and bloodline I'm noticably more survivable but early I noticably do a bit less damage early.

What keystones and auto attack rune do you use?

Also what secondary do you guys use? I usually use zombie ward and relentless hunter.
