Riot its come to the point where Kassadin isn't even a factor in the game anymore

People say that he is minion level worth of status I disagree he is a least worth one of the little wolfs in the jungle. I'm still in shock how we don't have a scheduled rework for him again based on his current state. The PBE buff to his ult is not gonna solve his issues. He either needs a patch where he hugely buffed or a full on rework Sion level of changes. Kassadin right now is not fulfilling his role of being a anti-mage and is basically outclassed by champs like Diana and Ekko. He is labeled as a assassin yet he can't assassinate anyone till like 40 mins in the game. There needs to be changes soon. He scales way too long for a champion that has a identity such as his. A assassin needs to be relevant at all stages of the game to be a force to be reckon with. Yes his play style as of now is a ap bruiser but its not what his identity originally was. He is meant to counter mages yet he can't do that now with his kit. Honestly with the last nerfs to his ult range and his q damage done he is practically nudered. His slow on his E is terrible now and his mr per level is pretty crap. And now every champion can basically beat him in lane now he's lane presence is nonexistent. Either buff Kassadin in a huge way where he can at least be relevant or put a huge rework on him because he is not fulfilling what the last rework was supposed to accomplished.
