I see bard has been disabled...
Why not just delete him from the game? Nobody can play him right and his win rate is abysmal. No need to buff him or anything. Just throw him in the scrap bin. Thanks!

Namnoms1 votesWell i dont know what the hell rito expected with him. Champion based on leaving his ADC alone, usually to die.
Great gank setup sure, but no actual power himself besides a low range chance to stun and some slows, no damage, squishy AF, and low range.
Watch in teamfights as he screws up his ult, maybe stuns 2 enemies, then runs away through a wall.
