At the very least riot needs to remove 4's. I think if they removed 4's and had 5's only play 5's it would calm things down a lot.
I would love solo que the most but I don't think its going to happen.

The probability 4 man is not vs another 4 man was 3%. It's not a problem.
People need to get it's not about your chance of playing against a 4, or that 4s almost always play against another 4
It's an unpleasant experience for someone every time that is easily remedied: Don't make it an option
i think it should be dynamic q for 2, 3 , and 5 man premades only, and they might be able to make solo q work that way. without out the 4 man premades, there is no need for the solo players to match with the 4 man premades, which would help solve that issue of solo q dividing the player base. if they could bring back ranked teams too that would be awesome. they could make the whole process seamless by having everyone use dynamic q and it would intelligently do whichever option you intended to q for, which would be awesome. that's just my two cents anyway
They had 5s playing 5s...it was calling ranked fucking 5s.

At this point I would be happy if Riot let me simply leave the game without leaverbustering me when I'm forced to play with a 4-man premade. I will even take the LP loss for all of them. Just don't make me sit in the game with them for 50 minutes while they make me so miserable that I literally rage-uninstall. Please dear god.

Even more so, why can't dynamic ranked queue have the option of 2, 3 or 5 man premades and then single players can pick up solo queue like normal? I think that'd make most sense, everyone's happy and we get two queues. One for premades and one for solo, each with respective rewards.
Nobody likes being in 3's either, the concept of premades having majority rule is stupid.
What they should do is have maximum premade size of 2, and have a special type of queue for 5 man
Boy that'd mess with the 5-man premades' queue times.
I'm not gonna lie, being a solo teamed with 3+ man premades sucks ass sometimes, but I can't agree with a solution that would screw over 5-man groups.
