Ivern Passive Change

Please change ivern smiting a camp with his passive into speeding the timer up, not an instant clear. It makes his invades way to godly and his clear speed better than everyone in the entire game at lvl 1-3. The buff copying is really suspicious, but I'll wait to see how that plays out in-game. Its just the smite that clearly stands out as too fast of a clear speed. I really like the new champion otherwise. : )
