Watch and Learn Missions Not Triggering

Just watched two Vods, where are apparently supposed to trigger it as i get a message saying "Your setup for rewards correctly" 80 minutes later, "0 videos watched" I see i am not the only one having issues so i want to post as well for exposure.

Same issue here, after tried on 6 differents MSI VOD's, 0 progress on the mission.
