@Riot, quick question.
Why is Kog'Maw allowed to get ridiculous amounts of attack speed?
I just went up against one that had the most ridiculous attack speed I've ever witnessed. It had to be at least 5ps.
On top of that he had a bloodthirster, which combine that the 5 attacks per second, made him literally unkillable.
Why is this allowed?? It was such a cancerous experience
