Seeing as 7.22 is mostly concentrated on the preseason is it possible he will get anything changed during the next patch? Or is he going to have another repeat of last season where he is going to be in a weak spot several patches into the season.

rush "powerspike", he was dominating bot for a while, then he moved to mid lane and crushed most matchups in high elo, and now I been seeing him top as of late.
In my opinion he's still really strong, and still is in need of a nerf or get a nerf where his passive double shot wouldn't apply the bork passive twise, which was one of the nerfs that he was going to get but got canceled.
Tbh I never like lucian as a champ that much (not in a racist way), and now with this powerspike of his I just begin to despise anyone that plays him mid or play him at all.

Dude i normally respect opinions but he is complete trash right now. No part of him in any lane is strong right now
iLBGAMing1 votesIn a case such as this, it's okay. Some champions need to be put down for a while so that other's can rise in change of the meta that's just how it works and to be quite honest everyone was kinda getting tired of seeing lucian mid every game, dealing stupid amounts of damage because of the stupid strong synergy between passive and the item.
But on the possitive note, it's good because this keeps things fresh and makes you play against different champions instead of dealing with the same one every game.
Remember the time when these ADC's wouldn't get played at all before?
