Lulu is played mostly in solo lane compare to support lane. The utility scaling was suppose to help support lulu but it is helping solo lane lulu so much more. It is not fair for other solo lane champions because she gets to scale in both damage and utility. Get rid of the utility scaling.
Which are: move speed boost scaling and help pix damage scaling

Lwnt1 votesI play lulu support and ap scaling for utility sucks on lulu. Ap is an expensive stat for support income. You cant even get a lot of ap on lulu. Its because of these ap utility scaling that lulu support got all these nerfs.
