Perhaps a Teacher Mode for the newbies of League?
I had a thought, people are not satisfied with the tutorial that Riot currently has for their game (I.e building THORNMAIL on ASHE), and bot games aren't really helpful to a new player unless they have some sort of clue as to how champions and items work. So why not introduce some sort of "Teacher Mode" where higher ranking players could spend some time teaching lower level (pre level 10 let's say) the basics of the game.
I figure that if people really don't like playing with noobs because they don't understand mechanics, throwing ten of them in a game together isn't going to be beneficial to anyone because it just turns into a clown fiesta. Clearly this is just a rough idea, but I think it is possible that there are some veteran players who may be interested in teaching new players how to ward, team fight, build items, CS, and prioritize objectives.
This in turn would lead to better games overall in the future because the newer players could avoid the horrific curve of trying to figure out how League works while trying to level up in the game. And of course there could be some reward for helping players, I'm sure it wouldn't be the easiest of jobs in the community. Again, just a thought.
