TSM is 0-2 in head to head matches against RNG, which is why they don't get a tie breaker.

Saw the question four times in the boards, so I figured I'd just answer this one time.

That's bullshit though!! TSM should get to play head2head games against RNG until they finally win one. and then that's the game that should count. As it stands now TSM had to actually win the games they played to advance and that's not fair at all.

Never really cared for TSM that much. I'm not butthurt that they aren't going into knockout stages.

What I do have a problem with are unnecessary rules like the tiebreaker rule. The reason I say this is because don't you think it would be better for eSports in general to have a highly contested tiebreaker match? It would generate more viewers at least. And mostly of all, it would be more consistent with how scores work. If you are tied you play a tie breaker, period.

TSM fanboys so butthurt, your shit team is doing terrible at always and wanna switch the rules on the go.

Thats just bs still.

RNG lost a game to splyce and never beat SSG they were 1-1 with splyce and 0-2 with SSG TSM is 1-1 with the the top team SSG and 2-0 against splyce

Tsm can beat the best team and doesnt lose to the worst RNG cant beat the best team and loses to the worst

they are dead even and group stages needs to be fixed or needs to have BIG ASS LETTERS ON THE TOP OF THE LOLESPORTS PAGE because that is an unclear ruling and mainly is annoying as a fan to see. even on the page:

"1.SSG 5-1 2.TSM 3-3 2.RNG 3-3 4.SPLYCE 1-5"

Even the website knows its BS.

Give TSM the tie breaker. 0-2 says nothing also in some best oft 5, one team was 0-2 and won it So give it to them

I'm not butt hurt about TSM losing, but Riot really need to sort this shit out, you either use one system, or another. You don't implement elements of both in tournaments. If they want league to be seen as a fair system then they need to use one or the other.

if this were true, then TSM wouldn't be tied with RNG for third in the standings, they would have just elevated RNG into the second seat.

It's just bad luck in my opinion that RNG played like Garbage against every other team but played legitimately well in both games against TSM. When RNG plays well they are act pretty good. That's what happens, though. All the groups other than SKT's group were pretty close and when u have a bad day like TSM did yesterday, you could be out.

TSM actually had three chances to beat RNG, but Bjerg couldn't see the balls in his face.

Idk, why are TSM fans so mad. With TSM's performance and korean teams waking up, TSM would get stomped 3-0 in three 30 minutes games by the first korean team they meet. Korea will stomp everyone and win again. The gap isn't closing at one. LoL is Starcraft all over again.

I think it'd actually be fair to then make it a best of 5, with previous matches counting. Basically, RNG would start that best of 5 with a 2-0 scoreline.

This way TSM would need to beat RNG 3 times in a row to advance.
