I don't understand the need for two streams.

Like many people, probably everyone outside of Riot, I was surprised when the EU LCS came on and there was a schedule for two streams. It was a bit confusing at first, but it quickly became understandable after a few minutes. Does Riot just want to show off the fancy new arena in Germany? Or is it because of the switch to best of 2s that they need to run more games quickly so streams don't last forever? Either way, I was disappointed that I was forced to pick between watching OG and H2k, and would personally prefer one stream again. I mean, the NA LCS doesn't have a separate arena (that I'm aware of), so are they not going to be running two streams? I'd be interested in hearing other people's thoughts on the change.

Ofc it is because there are more games. Normally 1 game = 1 hour, so we had to go on till tomorrow 8 pm before you could finish 20 games..

Don't worry, NA is implementing it this split as well. We can't just not enjoy one of them.

Yeah, this is a terrible idea. I've been saying it since the announcement in early S6, and I'm hoping it fails horribly so we get a better system in S7 (1 Bo2 or Bo3 per week).

I've been surfing the boards looking for everyone who doesn't like the simultaneous broadcasts and upvoting them in the hopes that Riot sees it and fixes it fast. Viewers are missing out on half the action, forced to choose who to favorite, and forced to follow 20 different channels to see all the action that ONE channel did previously.

They simply need to broadcast on more days, not more channels on the same day.

I don't mind two streams too much... you can still watch the other stream afterwards.

What bother me greatly is that they show the scores from the other channel... if I'm watching LCS1 I don't want to get spoilers from LCS2.

Exactly, so you CAN'T just watch the other one later.

Previously you could tune in, watch the broadcast, and not be spoiled and see every game.

It isn't like that anymore.

youre not the only one. among many other decisions by riot this season, this one also stands out as stupid.
