Riot: Are Average Q times going up, or is it just me?

In the last week I've been regularly getting 10, 15 minute queue times, and I'm just in Plat, so it's not like I'm some high elo player with a tiny pool of people to get matched against. What gives? I'd love to hear from Riot whether this is an abnormality, or if it reflects an overall increase in queue times. It seems like Q times are getting worse rather than better from my vantage point.
