You should add a mini monster like rift herald or something weird like vilemaw in the middle of the ARAM map. It could be exciting and something good to use when you've just aced the enemy after having a completely crap counter picked team. Sometimes the skill to destroy the enemy shows no matter how bad your team is based on champion select. Just a faster push buff or a permanent baron type buff til u die.

That would clash with the rest of ARAM's game flow. Part of ARAM's current appeal is its simplicity: the correct (and only) objective is always directly in front of you. Adding a neutral monster objective dramatically changes that dynamic.
