It's great that you gave irelia a little boost but come on? reducing the cd on her ultimate doesn't change the fact that it does nearly no damage.
illaoi just has to face tank my ult no problem 10 seconds earlier the second time i use it and since using your ult is very situational does 10 second really matter at all in the grand scheme? NO

The damage dealt by her ultimate is by no means low. Even if you ignore Sheen procs and healing, it is still rather respectable damage-wise (and serves as great waveclear).
This is essentially a reverted nerf anyways.

the word is increase, and no it clearly does not increase the damage it only allows me to do the same damage slightly more often but as i said does 10 seconds really matter much? no.

Jesuszilla2 votesIt's not a buff, it's a reverting of a previous nerf. Irelia was just fine before, and fairly strong in the early game because of her ultimate's healing, making her laning power in the sustain and farm meta of past top lanes quite powerful and pushed her up too much, so they increased her rank 1 and 2 cd to give her healing less often to open up chances to punish her. Now the meta has shifted, and they are reverting the change.
I understand that you feel strongly about a champion you like, I personally am really loving Kayn and have some massive issues with his kit, but they are mainly on the QoL and visual issues with his passive, and I will wait for them to decide when to work on some buffs (I think he needs them, he's a relatively low winrate jungler and top laner)
