Help

So, my league client got corrupted/unreadable. Nothing worked, so I un-installed then reinstalled it like 3 times. Third time, I made some progress. For some reason, though, the launcher is the old one for when they switched to new client. It says the new client is here, but the "launch" button is still on the top centre, much like the old client. It doesn't seem to download the new client?

P.S: this all started after my computer froze trying to download patch 7.18z
