Anivia's Frostbite (E) - What does "recently" mean?
How long is recently? .1 sec? 1 sec? Can we have an indicator icon for this? It feels shorter than the chilled debuff was.

2Rods1 votesIt may be based on level. Ill try to look it up in a lil bit, but a chilled enemy coming out if an R is about 3 secs. Q will vary by rank
