The one change to help remove tank fizz

I know with the recent changes to itemization have been targeting assassins who want to go tank, but in the end the changes to the mastery grasp of the undying doesnt hurt tank fizz much because of the passive he gets from his W the fact it leaves him technically "in combat" for 3 seconds. The duration requires either DoT dont effect grasp of the undying or his W gets a rework. It might not be the final nail in the coffin for tank fizz but it is probably a necessary step.

Just as a heads up if this was actually getting missed or if riot is in the works on how to change this then feel free to ignore.
