Shaco is one of the best by far. He has the fastest level 1 clear and he doesn't even need to smite nor does he need a leash. If you use boxes to instakill red and bring ignite, you can almost always get 1st blood.

I once had a Shaco jungle on my team and was like "You need a lea- Wait, no, you're Shaco, you are your own leash."
