Bait cooldowns? in this meta, you make me laugh. Marksmen are able to hit 40% cap very easily now, next to anyone who builds crit can now. Besides the point, most dashs that can't go over map terrain can get his wall, vayne's tumble, for example. The wall is meant to be Impassable, as its tool tip says, but Riots spaghetti code says otherwise.

if you're playing against vayne, well she pretty much hard counters jarvan so that's your fault.
