Listen to your junglers!

Gotta love when you're winning by a mile, and one of your teammates starts pinging the fuck out of baron, saying shit like "we have Anivia and Vayne, we can burn it fast!" Then even though your jungler is pinging that his smite is not up cause you JUST did dragon, repeatedly on your teams way over to baron, and you decide to do it anyways regardless of the fact that the entire enemy team is alive and you KNOW you've walked over wards by the pit.... don't be mad or surprised if the enemy jungle LEE FUCKING SIN ends up stealing it cause no one helped your jungler ward around the baron pit so he couldnt see which angle Lee was gonna Q in....
