Warwick Q bug: Doesn't go through auto-attack blockers

Hello,

On Warwick's relaunch, his Q was capable of dealing damage through Jax's/Shen's dodge, as well as Pantheon's passive shield, and various other 'auto attack blocking' abilities. Since around ... oh, I suppose 7.5?, his Q has been unable to deal damage, as it is blocked like an auto attack against those. This was not the case on his immediate relaunch, nor was any mention anywhere I can find indicates this is an intended change. You can pretty much reproduce it on demand against those picks, but Shen's dodge aura tends to be weird and lets Warwick's Q through sometimes™.
