Archangel Staff used to be in a better spot before the 'rework'. Revert it?

So let me get this straight: -> I have to waste 850 g to get Tear of Goddess which pretty much means that I want to lose my lane. -> I somehow manage to get Arch Staff, but wait! Tear of Goddess is not fully charged so I will be sitting for a while more with an 60-70 ap item.

Seriously? Who thought this is a clever idea considering that early game performance is CRUCIAL nowadays?

1 mana item is being built to cover up problems with mana! better nerf it not once but 3 times. item 3147 Ruining the game since its inception and also super cheap as most people who build it start longsword, giving people retarded burst an vision control, nope we not gonna touch it, even the nerfs to it were buffs as it made the vision control even stronger and they buffed every champ who was using it for no fucking reason at all.
