If you see a Darius about to ult

Just let him okay? I mean if you see that 200 hp Janna about to die to his ult don't take the kill because you're reducing Darius' impact and power by a lot since he doesn't get the maxed Passive afterwards which means he doesn't auto put 5 stacks on everyone around him which means he doesn't get the full damage from his ult. Cause nothing feels worse for a Darius than about to get your ult off on someone only to have the 1/14 ADC take the kill after you blew a bunch of stuff to get it.

I think you should've specified allied Darius.

Letting an enemy Darius get his ult off is not a good decision.

I'm gonna be honest with I was gonna tell you to STFU because their is no way anyone could be that stupid that they would have to be told to not let an enemy Darius ult them but then I remember where I am.

Trust me I could have been a lot worse had I not taken the time to read what you posted and think on it. You might have posted something that could be summed up as "No s#!@ Sherlock." you had some good intentions with it. I will add however I have seen plenty of people dumb enough to that WOULD have to be told that letting the enemy Darius get his ult off is a bad thing..

its worse than "it feels bad", because it can cause you to lose a fight and possibly a game off that.

darius being able to go off in a fight or having to regain his stacks on a different opponent is a huge deal.

Time it so your ult starts before the kill, but the damage doesn't apply until after his ult. You still get full kill gold if you ult the right place but someone else gets the kill just before. I think you still get your reset too. Pyke's is a lot more forgiving than Darius'.

They introduced the same mechanic to darius where he can ult and get the reset even if the target dies shortly after.

Yeah but pyke's is ranged aoe, allowing him to get the reset off ANY enemy champ who dies in his ult

This is about someone making the target die before his ult goes off, not after. In this case he doesn't get his passive and now all his abilities are on cooldown.
