Hey, let's make Assassins impossible to kill ADCs with all the delay and Lethality scaling off enemies level! Gl hf trying to even get the enemy ADC low through 2000 Shields and endless Lifesteal while you basically have lowered Armor Pen no matter how ahead you are because it scales off enemies level!
But hey, the moment they make Lethality/Armor Pen snowbally again, what is exactly what Assassins are supposed to be cause they are shit in late and when behind, and now even more, instantly 90% of all ADC mains start crying again because they now once again have to actually bother with positioning again.
So its ok for you to step in a caitlyn trap and get auto-attacked for 2k counterplay damage but its not ok for an ASSASSIN to carefully sneak up on you and use their full combo to do 2k damage? Seems legit.

Are you fucking kidding me? All assassins are in a worse spot than before lethality, with the only exceptions really being ekko and alkali (both of whom had problematic tank builds before, and therefore were given ap build buffs)

To be fair, the same happens to rengar if he does NOT oneshot you.
Damage overall is still to fucking high, it's still oneshot or get oneshot for everyone but tanks with %damage reduction and 
so its pro-adc month here now?
If it's not the assassin or diver telefragging you, it's the marksmen critical from edge of vision. Absurd idea, what if newly placed wards granted their user intangibility for a half-second? People that'd just drop it for the buff would probably be warding a rather useless spot.
