Do Ionian Boots and Insight work together?

Velasan··1 votes·286 views

I'm talking about how they both have the reduced Summoner Spell cooldown. I remember there was a while where they didn't work together and one would just overwrite the other.

I thought they changed it so they did work together, but can't find that information, and I just tried the mastery with the item in game and it didn't seem to be lowering it any further (unless it's just a tooltip thing?).

Does anyone know?

yes

hmm heres an idea.. go into a custom game.. buy the boots and take that mastery and see what your cds are for lets say tp and flash

and then compare that to their base cd

easy enough to see
