Do AD Runes count as bonus AD?
On the league website it says Pantheon's spear shot scales with bonus AD, do runes count as bonus?

yes.
yes any ad you get via runes / masteries and items
non bonus ad (base ad) is the base ad a champ gets per lvl through out the game
same goes for bonus armor , bonus hp , etc
