Holy shit, I am so tired of just lining up a perfect gank only to watch as my laner continues to farm his minions while I try and 1 v 1 his fed opponent on my own.

Transitioning to midgame, our support/tank initiates perfectly, lining up their CC on the whole enemy team, ready for the team to follow up. But hey, I guess that was a good time to take Raptors, good job!

As the enemy closes in on our nexus, the support once again lines up a re-engage ready to change the course of the fight. Guess what the ADC does? Flashes out.

Unless you are hopelessly outnumbered, there is really no excuse not to follow up on a play.

I can empathize with you. I'd rather have teammates that engage than ones who are just acting like they need to be alive and not taking 1 single damage to participate.

While it's my dream to have someone to initiate and call the shot to engage, sometimes the hot-blooded ones (looking at mostly Yasuos and Rivens) picked some really bad moment to engage.

Though I believe those champs can possibly make big plays in teamfight, the players however did not gain my trust from the beginning of the game => not going in with wild shot-callings.

NO LOL idk what elo you're in but i've seen enough boosted 'engages' Like flash ulting the enemy team as vayne or something stupid.

If you mean for jungler ganks: then yes. WOW I hate coming up and dueling the enemy laner while my laner just farms or whatever. Then he realizes i'm in his lane and comes to help like 30 seconds later.
