I wanted to know if I should spend RP on Cassiopeia because she is on sale. I main champions in the top lane and I dont want Thresh because I do not like supports. I also already have Gangplank because I used some of my IP on him

Maple Crusader3 votesI don't recommend that you play Cass top. She's quite squishy and very immobile. There are plenty of top lane champions who will make it hell for you to actually reach your late game.
