Instead of focusing on making new champions with overloaded kits

Can we focus on working on reworks for older champs that are in desperate need of one to keep up with all these new ones. If champ diversity is one of riots goals shouldn't all champs be treated as such. When I see champs like it brings a tear to my eye knowing these champs are pretty much forgotten. I mean isn't the definition of champion diversity where all champs can be picked without being labeled as a troll. Isn't champion diversity supposed to be where every champion belongs or is viable in a meta. Champion diversity shouldn't be defined as only a select few are viable in the ever shifting meta of league.
